DuPage County Divorce and Family Law
We are proud to serve families in DuPage County, IL and its surrounding communities with their family law and divorce legal matters.
We are an established DuPage County divorce law firm focused on helping couples avoid the high cost and hassle that is typically associated with the divorce legal system.
DuPage County, IL was founded in 1839 out of part of Cook County. The county was named after the DuPage River, which in turn was named after a French trader who settled along the river in the early 1800’s. DuPage County covers a total of 337 square miles and the 2008 US Census estimated a population of 930,528. DuPage County consists of 9 townships with Downers Grove being the largest in both size and population.
We believe that fighting it out in court should be a last resort. While we do litigate (go to court on behalf of our clients) when this is no other alternative, we focus on the non-court approaches of cooperative divorce law, collaborative law, and divorce mediation. We are proud to serve the citizens of DuPage County.
We try to keep things simple and our goal is to help divorcing parties come to an early settlement.
We hope to provide our site users with information about the local communities that we serve in the greater Chicagoland area. In particular, we’ve developed some helpful city pages for a number of towns within DuPage and Cook Counties.
